FanDuel

Join us to learn about Tom's entrepreneurial journey as the co-founder of FanDuel, a venture backed fantasy sports company headquartered in New York.

Tom has been pivotal in FanDuel’s growth from a tiny startup in 2009 to a sports entertainment property that generated $57m in revenue in 2014. He oversaw the design and build of FanDuel’s first iPhone app, which debuted on the AppStore in August 2014 and was downloaded more than 800,000 times in less than two months, quickly becoming a top 10 sports app throughout the NFL season.

Tom was one of Sports Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” in 2015, honoring the best young talent in the sports industry. In 2014, he was named to Silicon Alley’s 100: The Coolest People in New York City Tech. Under Tom’s leadership, the FanDuel app also won two Webby Awards this year.

Join us on April 4th, 7:00 pm in the NYU Kimmel Center for University Life, Eisner & Lubin Auditorium for the 2nd edition of Founders Unplugged.
